Where this comes from
The best street food in the world is Colombian. We're here to prove it.
We didn't open a restaurant: we threw one heck of a parche and gave it a kitchen. We opened in Palma on 14 February 2020 not knowing how to cook. Three weeks later the world shut down and we went out delivering what we believed was the best street food around. We weren't wrong: people keep choosing us, day after day.
The sauces, the BBQ ribs, the caramelised onion, the meat in the burgers… everything we can make ourselves, we make ourselves. That's why, when you bite in, it tastes like Colombia.
For now, evenings only — keeping the tradition.
